5 of 5 starsLooking for affordable, quality Italian meal...then this is the place to go! Friendly staff and good food. Brochette and lasagna were awesome.

We went to Lasagna on the recommendation or a friend who used to live in the neighborhood and we were not disappointed.
We arrived without a reservation at 9pm on a Friday night, and as expected were asked to wait, the place was heaving, but we hadn't even chosen a drink to order at the bar and we were already being seated.
The staff were incredibly friendly, the menu was extensive and the food was delicious.
I wish'd we could have brought the place home with us! We would definitely go back.

Wow, what terrible reviews! Weird - doesn't sound like the place I went to at all - maybe the management has changed.
We went in with two kids. The waiting staff were charming and helpful. We had a nice reasonably priced wine. When I wavered between two choices I was nudged and enjoyed an excellent crab-meat lasagna. The others had beef and thought it was great and only just inferior to mine (correct response!) They forgot to bring our salad but rectified the mistake as soon as we pointed it out.
Super ambiance, very friendly and relaxed. Cracking evening. 4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 4, 2010

Great lasagna, great atmosphere - if you want good Italian food, go here! it's a casual restaurant, so don't feel like you need to dress up. the neighborhood surrounding is also very fun - with great bars and other restaurants.

4 of 5 starsI go to this restaurant whenever I crave lasagna! I think the one on the West Side serves slightly better appetizers though. For example, the spicy mussels at the West restaurant were to die for but the same appetizer at this location was overcooked and a little blah. The lasagna is the same though in both locations... PERFECT! My favorite..

Superb Lasagna!

This is one of our favorite dinner venues because their lasagna is extraordinary, pasta is decent and the place gives off a good vibe:) There are vegetarian lasagna options in this wonderful restaurant and they taste great, too! Some love their tiramisu, I'd say it's better than most. We're not that wowed by their entrees...

Great Brunch

My friend and I love going to Lasagna for brunch on Saturday, the server is the best in NYC and that is some bold statement to make. We are always welcomed very warmly and our drinks are on the table before we take our coats off. He is a gem and we really enjoy our afternoon having brunch.

Amazing neighborhood Italian! the best food for your money in midtown, for a local, tasty, fresh & delicious pasta or chicken dish. love it!

A cute Italian spot with a large selection of lasagna and other classic fare. Great lunch special and quiet enough to conduct business.

Very good old school Italian on Second Avenue. Not the fanciest place out there, but serves pretty good food at a nice price.
